At DiaFlux, your satisfaction matters. We aim to make returns simple, transparent, and fair for all customers. Please review the policy below before initiating a return.
How to Start a Return
All returns must be submitted through our online returns portal.
Only items registered and approved through this portal will be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Returned within 14 days of delivery
In original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from odors, stains, or damage
All tags, seals, and protective packaging must be intact
A valid proof of purchase is required
The following items are not eligible for return:
Sale items or products marked Final Sale
Hygiene-sensitive items (including underwear, swimwear, and accessories)
Items returned without prior authorization
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Photo or video proof is required to process these claims.
Refunds & Store Credit
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
A $10 prepaid return label fee will be deducted from refunds
(This fee is waived for store credit or exchanges)
Refund processing may take up to 14 business days after the item is received and inspected
Orders placed using installment services (e.g., Afterpay) remain subject to the original payment agreement
Exchanges
We offer standard and instant exchanges
Instant exchanges require temporary credit card authorization
Exchanged items may only be returned once and are eligible for store credit only
International Returns
Prepaid return labels are not available for international orders
International customers may return items at their own expense and will receive store credit
Store credit can be used to repurchase the desired item
Return Steps
Submit your return request via the returns portal
Follow the guided instructions provided
Print your return label (if applicable)
Include the return form and ship the package
Once received and inspected, processing takes 7–10 business days
